Recognizing the natural beauty and benefits of this region, Tennessee Recreational Properties was established in 2005 to help introduce Fentress County and the Cumberland Plateau to the rest of the nation. TRP Partners combine a family tradition of sustainable economic development that stretches back more than 100 years with the development expertise of native Floridians who fell in love with the land.
