With more than 100 years combined experience of recreational riding, the founders of River Park created a community designed for equine enthusiasts by equine enthusiasts.

Community trails connect homes to the 125-acre nature preserve that stretches along the Clear Fork River making it easy to ride every day, and East Fork Stables or the Big South Fork Preserve are just 15 minutes away. But spectacular trails – from easy sand pathways to rock formations that challenge expert equestrians – are only the beginning of the River Park experience.

With just 37 homesites across nearly 500 acres, homeowners have plenty of land for pasture plus neighbors who appreciate the sight and scent of healthy horses.
